This somber announcement was made on Tuesday, Feb. 17, following her unresponsive discovery at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco on New Year's Day. The San Francisco Fire Department had previously confirmed their response to a "report of a medical emergency" at the location.
In a statement shared with Rolling Stone at the time, the department elaborated: "Upon arrival, paramedics from the fire department performed an assessment. The person was declared deceased." The news sends shockwaves through those familiar with the family.
