Independent artist Cirex returns to the music scene with the announcement of his upcoming album titled “No Future,” available starting April 30. This new release marks a decisive point in his career, establishing itself as one of the most experimental and hard-hitting projects within the underground circuit. “No Future” consists of four tracks that explore an intense fusion of genres such as deathcore metal, deathstep, drum and bass, along with elements of industrial metal. The result is an aggressive, atmospheric, and challenging sound that breaks away from conventional structures and embraces a rawer, more visceral sonic identity. This release stands out particularly as the album with the strongest presence of heavy, distorted guitars since his debut in 2009 with “The Lab.” At that time, Cirex laid the foundation of his style with a blend of dark electronic elements and industrial nuances. Now, more than a decade later, he revisits and amplifies that essence, pushing it to new extremes
Throughout his career, Cirex has built an independent path characterized by constant evolution and experimentation. His work has moved between electronic and metal influences, always maintaining a dark aesthetic and an introspective narrative. Far removed from commercial trends, his focus has been on exploring intense emotions and dense sonic landscapes, earning him a place within alternative niches and underground communities. With “No Future,” the artist not only reaffirms his commitment to innovation, but also presents a work that reflects a more mature and risk-taking vision. The album offers an auditory experience that blends chaos and precision, exploring themes that evoke tension, uncertainty, and an implicit critique of the contemporary environment. This new release promises to resonate especially with fans of extreme metal and experimental electronic music, positioning itself as a key piece within Cirex’s discography. Additionally, “No Future” will also be available on Beatport, a well-known platform focused on the distribution of electronic music. Although traditionally a record label is required to publish on the platform, Cirex managed to join independently through his own conceptual label titled Cirexlab, further reinforcing his DIY approach and his ability to self-manage within the industry.
